At it's core, Life Equals is a movement built around a belief. That belief is simple: a better you creates a better world. 

We believe as you live a healthy life, you're able to multiply that health to the world around you. And if there's one thing our 
world desperately needs it's health at the most basic of levels.


The Life Equals movement began 6 months ago. Since that time, we've grown to donate over 20,000 children's
multivitamins. We've seen a lot of passion around the simple idea that when you Buy Health you can also Give Health. But,
we knew the movement was catching on when we began to receive pictures of new friends representing LIFE= on their
own quests to create a better world.

To share these adventures, we decided to start a Facebook album called the LIFE= Adventure. We would love to have you

On the cusp of Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting on the things I'm thankful for personally, as well as what we're thankful for 
as a company. The list could stretch for miles on both, but here's a taste:

(graham) My dear family & friends, who in so many ways have essentially become family — their love & support as 
I pursue my dreams & passions.

(Life Equals) Everyone who is a part of our movement — people who get our Buy Health Give Health movement 
& are actively engaged in spreading it. 

(graham) Green Bean Casserole & Pecan Pie — oh my.

(Life Equals) Simply the opportunity to practically help malnourished children through business; what a gift! Seriously, it's amazing that we can leverage our health to give health to another.

I could go on, but I shall refrain so I can get to the meat of this post: one things that is definitely on both my list of 
thankfulness, as well as that of the entire Life Equals team is that we're doing this in Kansas City. Personally I have fallen
in love with this great city. It's a hidden gem that's overlooked by so many, but frankly, that's OK with me — I think part of
what makes it so great is it's hiddenness.

(Here's a picture I took of Kansas City's new Kauffman Performing Arts center a couple months ago on my phone. For me,
it's just another example of how great Kansas City is: in the midst of an economic downturn, private donors invested millions in building this gorgeous place to showcase the arts.)

Here's what the quick take-away of what I learned:

1. Find sweet empty space.
2. Become outrageously flexible.
3. Learn how to breakdance.
4. Set up cool camera angle/movement.
5. Record said outrageously flexible breakdancing from cool camera angle/movement.
6. Match video to legit song (in this case "Sail" by AWOLNATION).
7. Sit back & watch your video go viral.

All that to say, this video is amazing. Happy Friday indeed.

We just love our Photobooth & the chance to snap fun pictures of friends, both new & old. But, we've felt like something was 
missing. We thought what if we tied in outrageous pictures with our belief that a better you creates a better world?! What if the
Photobooth tangibly helped malnourished children?!

So, we put our heads together & came up with this: 

Now, for every picture, Life Equals will donate a day of health to a malnourished child through our Life=Life Project. One 
Picture = One Day of Health. It's simple, but it's a start and a step in the right direction. Our card looked a little like this:

We unveiled the revamped Photobooth two weeks ago in Kansas City at First Fridays. Per usual, we an absolute blast.
